Leonard Attman serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Attman Properties Company. Mr. Attman is a builder and developer of apartment communities, and commercial real estate throughout the great state of Maryland . He has been a visionary in the Real Estate industry for over 60 years with an expertise in building,developing, marketing, sales, and leasing. He is actively involved with several local charities and community partnership committees, including the Maryland Stadium Authority, and the Reginald Lewis Museum Board. Mr. Attman is a member of the Board of VIsitors for the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, the Board of Directors for Sinai Hospital and the Advisory Board for the Neurosurgery Department at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

In his free time, Mr. Attman enjoys golf, travel and watching sports, with the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, and the University of Maryland football and basketball teams topping his list of favorites. He and his wife, Phyllis, have three children, Shellye, Jeffrey, and Wende. He also has nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.

Gary L. Attman is CEO of Attman Properties, a real estate company with commercial holdings and an active leasing and management operation.  Mr. Attman holds a J.D. degree (with honors) from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he published in and served as an editor of the Maryland Law Review.  Mr. Attman also earned a B.S. degree in Accounting (magna cum laude) from the University of Maryland, where he became a member of numerous honor societies.  He is a member of the Maryland Bar, a certified public accountant, and is a licensed real estate broker.

He is the President, CEO and co-founder of FutureCare Health and Management Corporation, a regional provider of health care services.  From 2011 through 2018 FutureCare was named by the Baltimore Sun as a Top Workplace, and in 2011, 2014 and 2016 Mr. Attman was singled out as the top company leader among the top employers.

Mr. Attman is a member of the University System of Maryland Board of Regents.  He is currently Treasurer of that Board and Chairman of the Economic Development Committee.  He also chairs the Effectiveness and Efficiency Workgroup and is Vice Chair of the Finance Committee.

Mr. Attman is also a member of the Boards of the Greater Baltimore Committee, the Health Facilities Association of Maryland and the Associated Jewish Charities.

Wende Levitas

Wende Attman Levitas has been in the real estate industry for more than 40 years. Currently, she serves as the Executive Vice President of Leasing and Property Management at Attman Properties where she oversees leasing and the day-to-day operations for commercial, industrial, and residential properties throughout Maryland. She serves as the Vice President of A&G Management Company which manages residential apartments and townhomes throughout Baltimore, Anne Arundel, and Howard County. Wende was always very active in the Baltimore Community, including The Jemicy School Parents Association; The Associated Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore and she is a lifetime member of Hadassah. Wende is a Founder of the Erin Levitas Foundation. After the passing of her daughter in 2016, it was Erin's personal experience with rape years prior that inspired her family to start this foundation to ensure that others wouldn't endure the same pain and horrors.The Erin Levitas Foundation envisions a future with education for youth and young adults to prevent sexual assault and help survivors heal.

Janeann Walsh

Ms. Walsh has 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, with the first five years in retail including managing and leasing a 400,000 square foot mall. She spent the next 15 years of her career as Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Nottingham Properties, the master developer of the White Marsh Town Center, a 2,000-acre, master planned, mixed-use community in northeast Baltimore County, Maryland. In 2005, she was promoted to leasing for Nottingham's Howard and Baltimore County portfolios. In 2007, Nottingham Properties was sold to Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT, now COPT Defense Properties)) and she was retained in her leasing position. While at COPT, she took a more active role in the asset management of her properties which focused on the White Marsh and Towson markets, consisting of 42 buildings and 2.4 million square feet. In July 2012, Ms. Walsh was hired by Attman Properties and she is responsible for the leasing and managing of its Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County and Baltimore City properties, which include office, medical office, industrial, and retail. She is a Maryland Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).  Her diverse background and experience are invaluable to project planning and design; prospecting, negotiating and renewing leases; and overseeing construction and budgeting.  Ms. Walsh leverages salesmanship, innovation, market experience and relationships to create opportunities and brings to Attman Properties her outstanding commitment to customer service. She embodies that commitment in her interactions with her tenants and the brokerage community.
